Terms and Conditions

Please note that by making an appointment with us you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.

Amending / Cancelling Appointments

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. We appreciate that things do crop up that mean you would not be able to attend your appointment, Please cancel as soon as possible if a foreseeable event is likely to prevent you from attending by e-mail on info@jacobsamuelclinic.co.uk or by phone on 07519 337612. We will always try to move your appointment to another convenient time for you,.

Appointments may be cancelled outside of 24 hours of scheduled time with no charge. However, appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may incur a 50% charge, this is at the owners discretion. Where a client either does not arrive for their appointment, the full fee for that appointment will be charged. This is because if not we may not be able to fill your appointment slot and still need to cover our costs.
An invoice for any cancellation / ‘no show’ charges will be sent to you by email for payment by bank transfer within 7 days. Following a cancellation, payment must be received before any further massage bookings can be taken.

Late Arrivals: It is important that our agreed appointment time and duration is adhered to. We appreciate that sometimes, things happen, and you may arrive a little later or need to leave a bit earlier than planned. This is fine, but we cannot make up the missed time by overrunning or adding time to subsequent appointments.

Payment
All treatments are due for payment immediately upon completion of the treatment session. We accept cash and all major Card Payments.
